How to request a refund
Write to us at [email protected] with the email address you used to buy Ensobre, or look up your order directly through Paddle at paddle.net. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so they process the refund on our behalf.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
Your license after a refund
Once a refund is issued, your license is revoked: Ensobre no longer treats it as valid, and the app goes back to trial or read-only behavior. Your budget data stays exactly where it always was — in your local file, untouched.
